WE BELIEVE in our Community!
Midwesco Filter a leader in the supply and application of baghouse filters and its employees had a share in helping the Winchester
Exchange Club in raising $14,500.00 for their Annual Bowlathon to stamp out child abuse. Our
Purchasing Department was five of the 220 bowlers that knocked down pins throughout the day at
North Side Lanes in Winchester. All proceeds went to the
Child-Parent Center to assist local families in strengthening and empowering families by enhancing
their capabilities as parents and fostering child development. The Center’s objective
is to improve the quality of families’ lives and prevent child abuse.
The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival is a celebration of the history and culture of our hometown. Midwesco Filter is a proud supporter and participant in this yearly event.WE BELIEVE in community participation
As well as giving of our time and resources to coach and participate in local
community enrichment programs for children, Midwesco Filter makes contributions to organizations that
provide organized, healthy activities for young people.WE BELIEVE in giving
Midwesco and its employees make yearly donations to organizations supporting
those in need.WE BELIEVE in families
Midwesco believes in helping to make a difference in not just our own community
but in our customer's communities as well. In June we donated $1,000.00 to the Huntsman
Cancer Foundation. The Huntsman Cancer Foundation's mission is to "Give a Reason
to Hope to cancer patients and their families around the world and is dedicated to funding cancer
research, cancer treatment and education programs, research and patient-care facilities, and
to ensuring excellence in these endeavors through the development and prudent stewardship of
private resources."WE BELIEVE in our community's youth.
Whether its football, soccer, softball, baseball, or the Boy’s and Girl’s
scouts, Midwesco Filter’s employees contribute with gifts and time. Amongst our dedicated
employees there are volunteer coaches, den mothers, pack leaders, mentors, and board directors.
