Winchester, VA March 1, 2005: Midwesco® Filter Resources, Inc. today announced its launch of their Customer Service Department. This department was introduced as a two fold purpose, one is to improve and increase support to our valuable customers and the other is to minimize all non-selling activities from our District and Industry Managers.
“Increased sales activity that started in 2004 has continued into 2005 has made it difficult for our sales representatives to pick between selling and providing customer service to our customers. Providing customer service and increasing sale efforts are both equally critical, and it has become apparent with increased sales we needed to invest resources into a new Customer Service Department so we could accomplish both objectives; which is to give our customers information they need on a daily basis while growing our business,” said John Johnson, Sales Manager. “In order to do this we need to distinguish between customer service and selling. By creating a Customer Service Department, we will be better able to give our customers personal contact to ensure their orders will ship on-time every-time. The objective of the Customer Service Department is to improve our communications with our customers; thus strengthening existing and creating new relationships, while freeing up our sales representatives to sell.”
