Midwesco Introduces The TDC Brand “O” Retrofit Kit For Oval-Shaped Dust Collector Filter Cartridges.

Cicero, IL, March 22, 2006 - TDC Filter Manufacturing, Inc, a subsidiary of Midwesco Filter Resources, Inc. introduces an innovative new product to retrofit a Donaldson Torit® Downflow® Oval cartridge to a standard round cartridge – the O-Kit™. In our ongoing effort to provide quality, service and value, the O-Kit™ was engineered as a cost savings solution to utilize round filters in an oval shaped dust collector. This retrofit kit is quickly and easily installed to the door of the dust collector using a molded FDA urethane door gasket. The O-Kit™ yoke simply replaces the existing oval cartridge yoke and the venturi is placed on the opposite side of the collector wall. Fitment can be adjusted by adding or subtracting washers on the yoke studs.
The O-Kit™ will provide our current and future customers achievement of the same operating advantages of an oval cartridge, but at a significant cost savings by purchasing cylindrical cartridges versus the standard oval cartridges. For example, based on two filter change outs for an 18 cartridge collector one can achieve an estimated savings of $1,300.00 or approximately $75.00 per cartridge.
